Today in the lesson I researched house musics audience and set up an audience research questionnaire for people to fill out, and therefore get an idea of what they want in a Music Magazine. The questions were quite general, for example it asks how much they'd pay, colour scheme, what they want on the front cover etc. Then at home I made my reader profile. From the research I found out that house music and music in general is not gender specific and therefore I have to aim my magazine at both male and female. My reader profile highlights House Music and it's main audiences lifestyle, for example I said 'going and out clubbing is all part of the new generation of music.' Also I included some pictures of what my audience may like for example Papa Johns, Vodka etc. My Magazine is going to be aimed at a younger audience.
